I need help finding the best product for me!

All our products are classed into collections or areas of health. We have information and ingredients listed beneath each product. If you still looking for specific advice, you can email us at sales@davabynature.com.au and we will do our best to help you find the products suitable to your needs.

I need to track my order, how do I do this?

Your tracking details will be emailed to the address you specified when you placed your order. If you cannot find this email please reach out to us at sales@davabynature.com.au and we will help track your purchase.

I selected free local pick up, how long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?

Generally, we can fulfil in the same day, however if we have a lot of orders, we like to allow 24 hours. Please make sure you provided your phone number at checkout and you’ll receive a text telling you when it’s ready for pick up. Alternatively, you’ll get an email from us.

Where is the local pick up located?

We use a parcel point close to our warehouse space called Eagle Self Storage. They are located at 1 Frances Parkes Close, Wyoming NSW. They are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm.

Do your herbal tisanes come in tea bags?

At this stage, we have decided to not to do tea bags. Most tea bags on the market have micro plastics in them (even some of the bio brands). As we have such a strong belief in sustainability, until we can find a suitable option, we’ve decided to stick to loose leaf only.

Are your products safe to drink during pregnancy?

We do have a blend specifically formulated for pregnancy and recommend it to be used from the second trimester onwards. Even though our tisanes use all natural ingredients, we recommend always checking with your health practitioner about what is right for your individual pregnancy

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

At Davā by Nature, we believe knowledge is power. All of our herbs can be traced back to the area of origin, so we know we are using the best quality certified organic ingredients.
